Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to recognize and respond effectively to mental health issues and emergencies. The training emphasizes understanding common mental health challenges, recognizing early warning signs, and providing initial help until appropriate professional support can be obtained. Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, signifying their preparedness to assist in mental health crises.

This two-day, in-depth course goes beyond certification, delivering real-world skills to foster safer, more supportive workplaces and communities. Its engaging, scenario-based format is built around real-life situations, ensuring practical application and meaningful learning throughout.
