The holiday season can be a joyful time, but it often brings added pressures that affect our mental health and well-being. This workshop provides practical strategies to help participants recognize and manage holiday-related stress before it becomes overwhelming. Through interactive activities, participants will explore grounding and breathing techniques that can be used in everyday moments of tension. We will also guide participants in creating a personalized “stress survival kit” to draw on during busy or difficult times. Discussions will focus on balancing obligations with self-care and setting healthy boundaries with family, friends, and work. By the end of the session, participants will leave with tools they can use immediately to experience the holidays with greater calm and resilience.
