About The Workshop

Early spring can bring new light and subtle shifts in mood, but many people still feel the emotional and physical heaviness of winter. This workshop offers gentle, low-pressure ways to care for your well-being as the season begins to change. We explore how seasonal transitions impact mood, energy, and the nervous system, and why March can feel both hopeful and draining at the same time.
Participants will learn supportive practices – such as small adjustments to routine, gentle movement, and reconnecting with meaningful activities – without any expectation to “reset” or “start fresh.” The focus is on compassion, pacing, and listening to your own needs. Attendees will leave with simple, adaptable tools to support themselves during this early spring transition.
This is a complimentary workshop made possible thanks to funding from the Government of Canada.
