Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program 1 (TRHP 1)

About The Program

The Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program 1 (TRHP 1) provides supportive housing to forensic clients, in a CMHA Toronto-operated building located in North York. These clients are individuals who have serious mental health conditions, are under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Review Board (ORB) as a result of being found Not Criminally Responsible (NCR), and have been granted community living privileges in their Disposition.

TRHP 1 provides 24/7 support, including intensive case management services which focus on recovery, skill building and risk management. Clients remain in the program until they are able to live successfully in permanent housing with appropriate community supports.
