Pathways

About The Program

Pathways is a community-based program in Scarborough that facilitates the recovery of individuals experiencing mental health challenges by providing group programming opportunities for peer support, skills development and leadership. The program offers an inclusive and supportive environment, allowing individuals to build new relationships and share their experiences. Through in-person and virtual workshops and cultural and recreational activities, individuals learn new skills to live healthier lifestyles.

Who's It For

Adults 18+ who are looking for community-based mental health supports, and are clients of CMHA Toronto or Scarborough Health Network.

How IT Works

  1. Clients, and other members of the public, view the activity calendar and book ahead by completing the referral form and sending it to info@cmhato.org
  2. Clients can participate in activities and be referred to other resources

Do you offer online programs?

Yes, group programming is offered in person and virtually. Please see our monthly calendar for upcoming options. 

Are the groups free?

Groups are free but there are some fees for outings.
