This year, we expanded programs, strengthened partnerships, and supported thousands of people on their journeys toward wellness, stability, and hope. Milestones like the opening of Carlton House and the continued growth of the Toronto Community Crisis Service demonstrate what is possible when compassionate, community-based care comes together.
