“In the short time I have been with CMHA Toronto, I have grown professionally thanks to the support, encouragement and opportunities I have experienced. I started at CMHA Toronto as a case manager. Not only was I encouraged to seek more opportunities within the agency but I was supported to reach my career goals of moving into leadership. Thanks to my supportive manager and a workplace that promotes educational development, I secured a leadership role at CMHA Toronto and am currently working towards my project management certification!”

“I have worked with CMHA Toronto for almost 10 years. Working at CMHA has been great, there are so many opportunities to learn and grow beyond your current role. I was given the opportunity to be part of various projects at CMHA which allowed me to be part of some very important changes. I started at CMHA Toronto as a case manager. I became a social worker, then a clinical lead and now a manager on various teams. One of the greatest perks about working at CMHA is the flexibility and the value for work life balance. This has contributed positively to my own personal wellness.”
